carb cycling

im a currently consuming 400g carbs a day - im am thinking of carb cycling to reduced bf% - do u guys think this will work

day 1 400g
day 2 200g
day 3 600g......then repeat

personely i don't think this will be enough...
i would drop to a low of 150g
Moderate 300g
High 500g

but i would cycle over a 7 day peroid say like..
Low = Sunday
Mod
Low
Mod
Low
High
then repeat...

cheers pscarb! ill give it a go. few question through - i have been eating 2 bananas, apple,brocoli every day, also 50g dextrose post wk out - would i count this towards my carbs intake or do i just include maltradoxtrin and solid food like - pasta/potatoe/rice/ricecakes
