 | Tuna & 1000 Island Dressing If i eat tuna with some 1000 island dressing (to make it taste better), will it have the same effect, or will the dressing limit the nutriants I get from it? |

   | It will be fine. The dressing will contain extra calories of course, so factor this in to your diet, and make sure there isn't too much processed crap in the dressing especially if you're cutting.

| too true^^^^ a good alternative is helmans extra light mayo+bit of ketchup+bit of pickle. alot less cals,lol
