| When should I start cutting for the summer. I've put on some decent size and want to carry on getting bigger obviously but want to be really lean like 4% body fat for the summer. I've found that I've got bigger in arms and chest etc but my abs are becoming less visible! I never used to be able to pinch any fat atall but now I can and I'm getting really paranoid! When I tense my abs are really visible but barely in relaxed state! HELP!
ALSO when should I start cutting and what should i eat! I know I need to cut out carbs so what should i eat for breakfast etc. Also while on the topic of diet, does anyone have a good meal plan for a bulking diet because I'd like something better to follow, just bare in mind a hate turkey! lol cheers in advance. |
