![]() | newbie 1st post..hi all ;0) Here I go, straight in at the deep end. Here are my stats: I'm 26 years old 18" arms 42" stomach (yuk) 6ft tall andI weigh just under 17 stones on gear. Basically I am looking to get cut as possible for summer, but have no idea with the following, as soon as i can work it out I can make up a good cutting diet. How many grams of protein per lb of bodyweight should i have? approx 1.5g? Carbs, i have no idea how many g per day...lol fats, errmm?? I f I can find out how manyof each then I can work out a decent cutting diet based on say 3000 cals per day, over 6 meals? anything information wise you can provide me with will be very helpful. thakyou David. |

Protein = 1.5g per lb Carbs = 1g per lb Fats(EFA) = .35g per lb so for you at your present weight... Protein = 357g Carbs = 238g Fats = 80g
