Extra fibre can help alleviate this problem. Food's passage through your, err, passages is speeded up, so there is apparently less time for noxious gases to accumulate. Something like this - http://www.naturesbest.co.uk/categor...39CQ&cat_id=51 - may help. |

i had a bad stomach for bout a week once, farted every 3-4 mins constantly..... every single one came from a really nasty dark place .....(not your average "surface bubbles") ..but proper full gut ones .... and they were BAD! the gym owner let it go for about 2 sessions then banned me, stateing i could come back when, and i quote..."you have been turned inside out and hosed down" .... i had to train at a place in the next village , till the old tum tum was better... and then , he only let me back in on a probationary period.... miserable bastard.......!! |
