Labrada do a supplement thats 60gms of protein and n large is somewhere in the 50gm mark, a couple of those in between your meals and you,ll have it cracked.

I would run at least 400g of protein at that weight, probably 500g actually. Get as much protein as you can from meat and fish, and then get the rest from protein shakes (preferably not whey shakes). I find lean mince mixed with a tin of chopped tomatoes and some tomato puree makes for easy protein. 1kg of that a day and that's 210g of protein. Have a couple of tins of tuns or chicken breasts and you'll be over the 250g mark with whole food alone. Throw in a steak if you can and that's 300 from food. Then get the other 200g from shakes. | UK-Muscle Moderator | Well as TT says you need approx 2lb per lb of lean bodymass. I usually go for 1.5g per lb of total bodyweight which usually works out spot on. So you need approx 350-400g per day imo. Tuna smoothies are a good one mate good protein and you can cain them quick its not like trying to eat it.
