diet? seafood (then eat it!)

hi at Pscarbs advice i am posting my diet for your amusement/advice! seeing as how i have no diet i thought id better just tell the truth i eat everything lots of it and often!

today i have eaten 3 toasted muffins with flora and peanut butter on, a bowl of broth with 4 thick slices of brown buttered bread a calzone pizza and half a tomato garlic bread (went for happy hour at the italians) i'll probably have 3 weetabix with semiskim milk before i go to bed this is pretty typical apart from the italian which on a normal day could be anything from a roast dinner to smilies and fried eggs! if i train in the morning i have a tin of tuna as soon as i get in, used to drink protein shakes but theres as much protein in a tin of tuna plus less fat and carbs! again as with my other posts all advice welcome

so should i just chuck some more protein in? more tuna would increase the healthy fats as well i think? how about tuna in olive oil? to be honest i love food too much to change my eating habits permanently i read the powerlifter diet Pscarb posted and i know it would be good for me but where were the jaffa cakes?????

I can eat like that but what's the point when if I eat a quality body building diet I put on good gains as appose to excess fat when eating junk.

Ok Joe, you are eating too much bread, too little vegetables and too little fruits.

You need to add some protein in there too and lunch meat is kindof high in nutrates and nitrites.

I dont think it is a good idea to pound all those breads along with the pizza which is like bread.

If you want to lose some bodyfat then you will have to drop come of those carbs.
