![]() ![]() ![]() | HELP with diet hi , now i have lost 8st, 48inch waist>34 i want todo more weights and get big i want to get heaveier again but muscle not fat i have cut cv down from 1-2 hours a day to 1 hour 3 times a week &train weights 5-6 times a week. this is my diet: 8am porrage with honey 1 whole egg+2 whites 20secs in microwave multi vitamin tab zinc tab cod liver tab 10.30 bannana sandwhich 12 pasta+half tin tuna 2pm eggs as above 5pm chicken or salmon 6 veg 5 small patatos (all steamed) OR grilled beef pork or lamb roast veg jacket potato 8-9pm eggs as above i drink about 8 cups of decaf tea plus 4ml oxytest75 & 2ml deca p/week please can anyone advise me what to add or takeaway. thanx |
