food

what would be a good diet to follow? i am 12st(i used to be 19+) i used to do about 2 hours of cardio a day &eat mostly carbs fruit & veg. now i have cut back on the cardio & started on the weights. i have great will power & will do whatever it takes. any help would be great thanx

This is a standard diet as i don't know what foods you eat or your goals..

Meal 1:
75g Oats
6 egg whites + 2 yolks scoops whey

Meal 2:
MRP drink

Meal 3:
200g chicken or tin of tuna
Salad
Olive Oil

Meal 4:
MRP Drink

Meal 5:
PWO drink
20g Carbs + 40G protein powder

Meal 6:
200g of either Chicken/Steak/Turkey/Salmon

drink 2-3L of water per day
