Shall i go down to zero carbs??

Hi guys, still got a problemt regarding unwanted bodyfat on the 'tummy' area. ive lowered my carbs condiserably to just when i need them, i.e first thing in the morning, just before and just after training, and i am doing cardio 3 x weekly, PWO.
Does anybody know what else i could input there to shift it? I was considering cutting my carbs down to zero, see what this can do, ive read PScarbs thread out diets and what looking towards the keto diet.

    Any help please?

35 min cardio at the end of your training session,in fact cardio every day the non training days go up to 45 min.
    NO,fizzy drinks,squash,beers,drink plenty of water.
The best is to do HIT cardio every morning with an empty stomach

It depends on your metabolism speed as well, mine is slow so i can knck the carbs right down,do loads of cardio and i don't really flatten out whereas some would look like a garden rake if they did what i did. It's all down to the individual really.BUT YES UP THE CARDIO B4 YOU DROP ANYMORE CARBS

Re: Shall i go down to zero carbs??

If you do zero carbs as part of carb cycling during the week, fat intake should be elevated on low carb days whilst protein remains constant.
No need for zero carb days though to be honest, just have lower than other days.

In your situation, follow the adivce listed above first and the results will come.

    Suppose your diet is ok,
in two words during your workout burns your carbs and after your training during your cardio you burn fat.
The more intense is your workout(reps 12-20,rest for 30 sec) the more fat youll burn ,keep in mind dont workout more than 45 min and finish with 15 min HIT or at least 30min cardio on eg bike, treadmill keep your heart beat at its THR which is the number of beats the heart should beat in one min in order to insure the body is tapping as much fat as possible.
THR=SUBTRACT YOUR AGE FROM 220 AND MULTIPLYING BY THE NUMBER OF INTENSITY YOU WANT imo IS 130-150 .

HIIT tends to be a fat burner rather than muscle burner as far as im aware.

You ever done AM unfueld cardio? Id rate it over HIIT any day.

As for 0 carbs, not sure how youd even do that. I assume you mean pasta/oats/bread/spuds etc?

Yeah, drop them, no problem IMO. Get plenty of green veg down you for fibre and youll be sorted.

That said, overall cals and cardio is more important than how many carbs your eating if you want to shed the flabby stuff.
