![]() | omlette type thing Whisked 2 eggs and 2 extra whites. Cooked 1/2 onion in little olive oil and added peppers with the egg and 20 g of cooked rice. Seasoned with salt and pepper and tasted not too bad at all. Is this OK to get good carbs and protein or should I cut anything out and replace it . Paul |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: omlette type thing mate i would use 10 eggs 3 yolks rest white there little protien in the amount of eggs your using bump the rice up also 100g.
