Cooking with powdered egg white.

Well as the topic says. How do you cook with powdered egg whites. Is it just mix with water and use in place of normal eggs?

I ask as I work in an airport and do a lot of nights. I cants take eggs etc in due to the new rules and can substitute eggs for powdered eggs for my breakfast. There are cooking facilities here so that is all good.

Anyone tried making scrambled etc eggs with powdered egg?

Cheers
