![]() | Quick egg snack I often use this as a quick snack mid morning, or breakfast. 1 x Pack of low fat batchelors noodles 4 x Eggs Cook the noodles in water as normal, about half way through cooking, add the raw eggs and beat into the noodles. Simple but tasty way of getting eggs in, with a decent amount of carbs. I know some people will moan about it not being the best choice of carbs, but I find it a good way to add calories when bulking. ![]() |

![]() | Re: Quick egg snack Yeah, that slime is something that is hard to get rid of. I tried this today for my pre workout shake. 250g Cottage cheese 50 g oats Big dollop of natural peanut butter Splash of semi skimmed milk 2 tablespoons of honey Was pretty tasty, and a good way of getting some good preworkout calories in. (im bulking at the moment ;) ) |
