Re: Egg N Oats

i just fry 5 eggs (5 whites, 3 yolks) with 50g cottage cheese and 100g oats....then finish it off in the oven. Comes out nice and fluffy like a pancake...gd stuff. Eat it with some homemade tomato sauce. Sort me out.

Re: Egg N Oats

I thought I was the only one who did this lol! Only tried it the once as I find both eggs and oats bulky individually let alone in combination, but it made for a tasty and unlikely meal all the same! I got the idea from watching Ronnie Coleman who eat 'grits' and adds eggwhites to them each morning. I just thought, what do I have that looks like grits? Oats!!

i dont beleave in any off this you can only abosorb 20 or 30 grams of protien a time, look at the pros some off them take in 80grams per meal!!granted they are alot bigger than the normal guy.most shakes these days average 40 to 50grams of protien so imo just eat it lol.

Re: Egg N Oats

Sounds like raw oatmeal cookie dough in the making.

I love raw oatmeal cookie (biscuit for your Brits) dough.

Add some cinnamon. Yummy!
