12 hardboiled eggs
2 TBsp sweet relish
3 TBSP mayo, see flax seed oil mayo recipe
dash of salt and pepper.

Cut eggs lengthwise.
Scoop out egg yolks and put in mixing bowl.

Add relish, mayo, salt, and pepper to mix
Stir till all moist and mixed

Spoon in egg yolk mix back into indentation of egg whites.

Yummy snack.
