![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Bodybuilder's Quiche 8 whole eggs 8 oz milk 4 oz whey 8 oz cottage cheese 4 oz grated favorite cheese 4 oz frozen chopped broccoli 8 oz of meat... well drained tuna, cooked chicken, or ham/bacon 3 chopped Roma tomatoes If you want a bit of a kick add 2 chopped jalapeno peppers and/or 1/2 teaspoon tobasco sauce Place eggs, whey, cottage cheese and milk in blender (plus peppers and tobasco sauce if wanted) and blend for 30 seconds. In a 10-inch pie pan or quiche pan, spread grated cheese, tomatoes, broccoli, and meat mixture over bottom. Pour blended mixture over cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Filling will puff slightly and be golden brown on top.

![]() | Re: Bodybuilder's Quiche I made this today without the whey and it tastes bloody marvelous! Enough to last me for a couple of days snacking! I added 3 tins of tuna which worked out around 12oz and cooked it a bit longer so it set properly! Works a treat! Nice one for the recipe! I'm gona be addicted now for atleast a few months!
