Re: Help for diet

Thanks, I like most things, love, chicken fish veg etc, have been dieting for over half of my life and sometimes I think that that is my problem. I think I like to be told what to eat if you know what I mean my first diet I was 16 and weighed 9st!!!

I try and run 2-3 miles 2-3 times a week and then at the moment I go round all the machines at the gym for 3 x 12 reps having a break from free weights (I enjoy free weights more but have no partner to push me) I have to train late due to family commitments and personal trainers are too exp and don't really giv eme what I need like a programme to go forward with alone.

Re: Help for diet

well we need to place a stick in the ground to gauge how your body will react so here goes, try this diet for 4 weeks and see what it gives you.

Meal 1:
4 egg whites/2 yolks
2 slices wholemeal toast
Meal 2:
1 scoop protein drink + 1tbsp natty peanut butter
Meal 3:
1 medium chicken breast or 1 tin tuna
1 small jacket spud
Meal 4:
1 scoop protein drink + 1tbsp natty peanut butter
Meal 5:
1 medium chicken breast/sirloin steak/white fish/salmon
lots of veg and salad

make sure you drink 3-4L of water per day

let me know what time you would train as you may need a PWO drink...
