Little bit more indepth please Pip

What do you eat, all good saying your following the weight watchers diet but I have no idea what it is!

Put up a typical days diet.
And the gym a bit more info I would say for example with me
Mon - kick boxing
Tue - Gym (push day)
Wed - Gym (pull day)
Thurs - 30 mins am cardio - bike
Friday - 30 mins am cardio - bike
Sat - Gym (push day)
Sun - Gym (leg day)

Just that way we can see what you are doing and when and if its to much or to little

Very well done on the weight loss as well

To be honest its a start, you have lost a great deal of weight and hats of too you for that! You will get some sound advice on here, I do not see I am good enough to offer advice for you and would not wish to mis inform you! Ouch at that diet! I must admit I started of mine by not eating much then joined here and ate more but still lost the weight it was great! But like I said some people who are a bit more knowledgeable than my self will offer you some sounds advice no doubt

I like your attitude! Wow that is a great achiement in that time. You have done really well. I must admit I found it easier than I thought. You have your odd moments I know I did where you would shovel down like a carrier bag of chocolate, ok maybe not that extreme but yea! lol. Glad you feel healthier and looking younger is always good! To be honest I dont think your to mature to start this. We have a few members on here who are older so I would defo say your not to mature to start! Better late than never as they say!

You got the right mind set to be honest that you are doing it for you and no one else so to be honest I think you will achieve what ever you set your mind too, just will have a little help and direction from people on this site :P
