![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | DIET WEEK 3 hi guys i am 3 weeks into my comp diet "test run" lol and i have been so good - i have even surprised myself! Set meals every 2.5 to 3 hours and the only "cheat" i have had is an apple and a pear! I will try to post pics on here tomorrow - so far abs looking better, Back, bis and shoulders looking good - but legs are SLOW!! I am being patient as i know on fems these are the last bodyparts to catch up but bloody getting impatient! Also have noticed energy levels are better not worse and i like bland food - how sad am i! |

![]() | Re: DIET WEEK 3 My legs were last to come in and looked there best after a weeks rest of no weights no cardio before the show, i was worrying like mad but on the day woke up and looked in mirror and they were def there!!! Keep with it if you are seeing results already your legs wont be far behind!!! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: DIET WEEK 3 hi all thanks for the kind words - i love this site even if it is full of men !! ![]() Did my measurements yesterday and compared to 3 weeks ago ( only started diet 2 weeks ago) so all is going to plan - sitting at about 20% bodyfat - need to be approx 15 to compete and approx 7-14lb of bodyfat to lose - this is going to be an interesting journey ! Since starting the diet i have lost 5lb - added 1/4 inch to my back - lost a little from waist - an inch from my hips and about an inch off the thighs - my goals are now to add more muscle to arms and carry on shaping my hams and glutes - pics to follow Z x |
