Cottage cheese + Tuna(in sunflower Oil) Whey Shake + Peanut Butter(or seeds and nuts)

| ;-) | Re: check my diet please guys and gals! I plan my mothers diet (3rd miss swizerland in the bb class) and for her very frequent meals aka 10+ per day but each meal is only 20grams protien along with some greens, carbs are kept very low basically greens and then 30 grams vitargo post training. Even eating like that she needs to do 2-3 hours cardio per day, that said she is nearlly 50:lift: |
