Re: friend wants to lose a couple of kgs

never quite understood why people are so eager to see so many pictures of girls

just google "porn star" "fit bird" etc

as for the diet?

TBH any defiucit away from "hibernation mode" will help change body composition

so she must eat less than she puts out

TBH after that cycling carbs would be good

days of protein and fat based meals followed by higher carb days but its all about

1 deficit
2 cardio
3 weights
4 all 3 macronutrient groups
5 eating frequently

Re: friend wants to lose a couple of kgs

i know the basics when it comes to needing to put out more than you put in - thats the basics of basics when it comes to weight loss..

i don't know enough about carb cycling so i will do a search. i made her cardio a higher intensity and im giving her / showing her a program next week regarding the weights side of things..

as it is though, she doesn't eat many carbs to cycle in the first place..
