You do have her on a high fat/protein diet however, which is fine and it is obviously works as long as she can maintain it. By that I mean, the diet will naturally be low in fibre and high in saturated fat (mince) which may not be in the best interests of her general health. A few supplements to try are CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) which stimulates the metabolism of fat, HCA (Hydroxy citric acid) which again stimulates fat metabolism and chromium which can reduce insulin sensitivity. None of these are stimulants and all are natural. At night a mix of the amino acids L-Arginine and L-Ornithine will raise growth hormone levels naturally, Growth hormone stimulates the body to metabolise fat stores and grow lean muscle. Other than that, there are tweaks that help, morning cardio before breakfast and carb tapering towards bedtime with no carbs consumed after 8pm and no simple carbs after lunch. hth SD

Try introducing a refeed day once a week. Refeeds and cheats are very important to trick the body in to thinking the starvation period is over. That and sanity!
