Has anyone tried or can comment recommed diet pills?
In particular i would welcome your comments on epherdrine and where can I get it....Is it now sold legally?
Also thoughts on Phentermine 30mg, and one heard of it?Tried it?

i dont know about diet pillz, but fat burners are a different subject, first thing I would look at befor gettin this stuff, is your diet and training? what are they like currently? and Ephidren is legal now in the states i think, you can source them off a few sites now, best results when used as part of an ECA or EYA stack

I agree! There is a school of thought that fat burners only work when you hit a certain, fairly low body fat! Check out some of the other threads in this area and there is quite a bit of info posted!

Permanent and healthy fat loss takes TIME. Once you get there, if you have done it in a healthy manner, it is so easy to maintain it almost feels sinful!

ephedrine is legal sold in herb form but illegal sold as pure i think

it can be found in enough places as an extract, pures another story.

phentermine is a strong appetite depressant not to mention an actual medicine

My mrs used to buy diet pills. She got some from H&B and they did nothing noticable. So she thought she'd buy some of the ones advertised on the net but IMO they where just as crap.

As its been said before... for good weight loss it takes time and effort, they are no magic pills to make you drop 1stone over the space of a couple of days.

Alot of peoples trouble (including my mrs) is that they are impatient and expect that by dieting for a week they are going to shed loads of weight.

Hard work and dedication are the best way of loosing fat IMO, mainly because if you are taking stimulants to loose the weight, as soon as you stop taking them, if you havnt changed your diet, the weight will soon pile back on.

Just my 2p's worth
