| Looking Freaky | 15yr old hi, my sister, just turned 15 wants to start training with me in januray shes done all them work out vids and tried different diets for a while now but shes fed up of all that, shes still got about 16%bf maybe more i dont know.... will find out sumtime though she just wants to lose bf, ive told her though because shes so young i want her to have sunday as a fat day (i do lol) but she can be pretty strict on her diets etc. bare in mind shes still in school etc...... anyways any help would be great thanks ![]()

| Sexy Moderator | At that age mate, cardio is the only way, imho. To young, especially for a female to start training. Why dosnt she join a gymnatics class? dance class? anything like that - Hell, buy her a skipping rope for christmas Anything that gets her heart racing (please no snide comments!!) would be good enough for her, untill shes 16/17 mate. Could always get her doing a few sit-ups, etc as well

| Administrator | C'mon guys.. it's a genuine post in a section of the board that we are trying to expand. Deano, get her to register on here and I'm sure people will be more than happy to answer her questions and help her in the right direction. Personally don't see any issue with her training with light weights as long as she is shown correct form for the exercises. ![]() L
