creatine questions

is it ok to take this with water only on non workout days? i started taking it with 500ml water and drinking more through out the day, but people are saying to take it with a glucose type drink for best effects.

on workout days i am taking 5g in my PWO shake with dextrose/water/protein. on non work out days 5g in the morning with my first meal. 5g/day is fine right?

im also using AAKG and leucine, i have been advised by another member to take AAKG pre workout, and the leucine and creatine post workout.

any opinions on that, as i have read others take creatine with AAKG pre, then creatine with the leucine post also.

just trying to nit pick here as this is my first bulk and i want it to go really well.

Creatine takes so long to get into your system taking pre workout will be nothing more than psychosomatic

Food is going to do you more good than creatine, AAKG and Leucine combined. Worry about your diet before your supps. Not saying its bad or anything as i dont know. but its more important than supps.
