when to take my kre alkalyn?
i workout at 6.30am, i am wondering when would be the best time to take my kre - alkalyn? it says two tablets per day. cheers

I take three about 30 minutes before I train along with a NO mix They are my prefered creatine but protein is number one.

Take both the same time creatine alkalyn caps. Then either after you work out or before and simular time on rest days.
