5g Of Creatine, How To Measure
Right, does anybody know how much 5g of creatine is in like table spoons or anything. I havent really got any good scales and wanted to be bang on rather than just guessing.

you can get lil scoop it's 5g but teaspoon will do even two .. it won't kill ya

Hi,
Just to confirm 1 level teaspoon is approx 5g of creatine monohydrate.
The instructions on the packet are to use our plastic scoops.

You can do, but it's not necessary. Take 5g per day for 30 days post-training with some carbohydrates.

Agree.
7 days @ 20g = saturation point
28 days @ 5g = saturation point
Depends whether you deem loading important or not. Be aware that some people get a dose of the Brad Pitts when taking large doses
There's nothing wrong with being incompetent ... it just means you don't have to do as much.
