gaspari size on tabs or powder
been thinking of purchasing some of this, but recently found they do it in tablets and in powder.

which is best or more effective? or are both just the same?

Dude, you dont need anything other than whey protein, this stuff is not a quick fix, your new to training, train hard, eat well for 3 months, come back on here and post your progress, i bet you will have packed on some good size as your very lean. Trust me mate, you dont need this stuff.

What's easier for you? The powder edges the caps, it has a bit more and quicker delivery, plus i like drinking something during my workout. Or if your not into that and perhaps don't want the carbs added to you macro's go for the tabs. The caps are designed to be more convenient.

Cant be the same ingrediets

Some of the stuff in the powder is ok but nothing crazy

i also prefer my electolyte blend PWO. so it would suit that more IMO

The idea of using it before bed on off days is silly (as per marketing)

There are IMO better options

thought the same myself, surely they cant pack that much from the volume of powder into such a tiny little pill and give it the same volume, or can they? personally ive always and only ever stuck with whey shakes but i dont even take them now as i get plenty of protein all from real foods

The powder is a carb source too

not seen the other tabs but its likely it will leave out carbs and use some form of transport on its creatine like an ethyl ester or kre-alk like form

find the product and link it up

end of the day mate better things to spend your cash on

Gaspari reps have advised using it only on workout days, their opinion was that this was adequate. Studies showing the use of creatine not being required everyday were cited. This advice is not available however to consumers not frequenting certain forums. A re-labelling would be much more helpful here, far too many supplements IMHO are advised a certain way on the label but approved differently on forums by people 'in the know'.

no comment. i buy way too many supplements so i'll not say much more (especially since i do have size on sitting in my cupboard). i do find however that there is some good information when done weeding through the crap and fanboys.
