Re: Creatine advice

hi mate
serum is a poor choice

standard monohydrate with either glutamine or glucose is fine

see any company who do creapure

Because creatine is not stable as a liquid form.

Re: Creatine advice

the reason powdered is better tha serum liquid form i bcoz creatine tends to decompse into creatinine more easily in liquid form and creatinine is useless for the muscles.

although for some serum will have same effects as powder but in some cases the liquid form tends to decompose to creatinine which is the why the powdered form is preferred.

I used Creatine Monohydrate and my next buy will be Creapure.

Re: Creatine advice

You can get it in capsules too can't you?

Is creatine taken everyday or just during/ after workouts?
