Re: DY Creatine?

How is it run properly mate? are you asking if someone gained more strength and size over not using creatine or a different brand/type of creatine?

Re: DY Creatine?

Run properly - decent diet, 1g protein per 1lb bodyweight, enough water eg 2/3litres a day. No point expecting decent results when your not keeping hydrated and have a shi* diet.

Na mate i dont want anyone to compare against another product, just wanna know did it increase strength, mass.

Re: DY Creatine?

It's basically Kre-Alkalyn and Orange Juice - so results will be comparable to other Kre-Alk products (Extreme - who posts on here - is a bit of an expert in terms of Kre-Alk so you could FAO him )
