Best Creatine...

Was thinking of getting cell mass again just to go back on creatine after not being on it in quite a few months. But I've spotted cell tech hardcore, is this worth getting? can get it for a cheap price of £40 for 6.7lbs of it, I know it's exagerated etc but in general is this product worth a shot? Cheers.

Re: Best Creatine...

Its a lot to pay for CM and dextrose with a few vits/mins but you can half dose it and get 5g of creatine per half serving although 75g and 38-39g (half serving) is a fair bit of sugar to consume on off days and even after training on a single dose

Its ok but i wouldnt pay for it

Would it just be a good way to get fat as well then in that case?

Re: Best Creatine...

IIRC the marketing crap says it burns fat but realistically you wont get fat off 75g of sugar extra a day but there are no real benefits and far more negatives other than PWO

buy some simple creatine
simple sugars, use sugars and glutamine after training for creatine

creatine and glutamine alone on off days

Re: Best Creatine...

SizeOn is miles better imo - and this is repeated in all the reviews you find.

Celltech does work, but as mentioned above, it's old tech and has lots of calories in it.

Imo....you'd be better served by looking SizeOn - do a google for logs and reviews and you won't find a single one that says it isn't excellent

Agree. Only use sugars with your creatine on training days, your only after the insulin spike post exercise.

Re: Best Creatine...

Unless you use creatine ethyl ester - no need for an insulin spike.
