![]() | ive read a few articles that caffeine slows down the efects of creatine,i usually take 4g of instant coffee with a small amount of water(hot) about 20 mins before workout which is about 120mgs of caffeine,i do this on my 4 training days and this is the only caffeine i take i dont drink tea or coffee normally.Just wondered if this was a small enough amount to effect the the effects of creatine ![]() |

| Moderator | Re: caffeine and creatine LOL helpful ![]() I have heard this but my guess is you'd need a HUGE amount of caffeine to make this happen... if anything add another gram of creatine to compensate with the inefficiency of absorption when caffeine is added ![]()
