CEE - Creatine Ethyl Ester
Im thinking of buying some creatine tablets and have heard that
CEE - Creatine Ethyl Ester is the one that does the business.


Is my protein going to be the cheapest place with 180 tabs for £12 ?

Im i also right in thinking that its 3 tabs before workout, 3 tabs after. And on none training take the same amount around similar times ?

Or should i just take them on strength training days ?

Is a link, mixed opinions you will receive the same answers in this thread.

Myprotein.co.uk or bulkpowders. You want real cheap creatine, get a capping kit from myprotein, CEE powder and cap it.

and taken from my proteins web site...

yeh know what you mean, ive tried absolutely ****loads of creatines all with varying results although sometimes I wonder if its my head just telling me its good cos ive forked out the cash for it

got some free samples with my last order I placed which look decent although everything looks decent from the marketing crap they give you. was this:

the cnp creatine mono i used a while back seemed to do the trick,
at the end of the day,its not gear.
you should get a couple of extra reps on your heavy set and a bit more energy,
certainly helped me.
