Thanks! | I use the CNP Tablets mate, but i have used the PHD Powder stuff. These 2 didnt give me bloating like some creatine, its a case of try and see which works best for you?? Your body will let you know. I take 4 tablets in the morning, and 4 after training. Same with PHD stuff 1.5 scoops morning, after training.

| Re: Creatine - Help Just mix it with water dude, faster absorbtion. Then take your protein after training, with 5g Glutamine. Thats what most people do, other's do it different. http://www.phd-supplements.com/ Or Google PHD Supplements, But shop arround dude, there is other products out there that do the same thing, its all down to whether your body like the product or not??
Iv never used Myprotein before TBH, alot of guys use em though, so have a look at there site and check to see what you want to buy??

| Re: Creatine - Help I'm very particular about what I take, I prefer naturally derived products. They taste better. I use Veriuni Creatine Citrus—Nearly 100% water soluble w/10x the water solubility of conventional creatine products!
Hope that helps |

| Re: Creatine - Help I take 5 grams Creatine with breakfast. BTW it loses its power if you take it in hot water.
Also take 30 grams of protein shake about 2 hours before WO., then another similar shake + 5 grams of glutamine immediately after WO.,
Finally 30 grams protein shake just before bed. I try to take about 3 litres of water daily; I find that adding non sweetened blackcurrent flavouring to it helps me get it down.
BTW I get my protein from MYPROTEIN.Co.uk. |
