![]() | Newbie to Creatine Guys I see this has been covered in various guises before but I just want a little simple help / reassurance. I came to bodybuilding a year ago . I am 47 and have lost 2 stones - now 14 sty 6 lbs at 6 ft. Have gained 5 in on shoulders and lost 3 " on waist. Muscles coming along nicely . I am veggie but eat well and train hard. A friend has recommended CEE Creatine to boost my training . I woudl appreciate advice whether this is the right thig for me and where to get it from - which make is best etc etc Many thanks from an old fart Paul |

![]() | Re: Newbie to Creatine Good job on progress fella!!!!!! CEE is a good supp and will help you get a few extra reps so you can train just that little harder. You can buy CEE from: www.myprotein.co.uk they are a good company and you can get like 500g for £10, which will last you a fair amount of time. The only thing I will say is it tastes rank and the best way to take is dissolve in a small amount of water and neck it followed by pure OJ. |

![]() ![]() | Re: Newbie to Creatine I'd definitely go with the tried and tested creatine monohydrate, just make sure it's a 'creapure' brand to ensure good quality. Dosage: 5g per day for a month or 20-25g per day for one week then 5g per day thereafter. |
