romore Newbie Trainer Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 26	cee myprotein just got some creatine from my protein and i'm confused about the amount to take it says one small scoop is 2.5g but then i read this http://forum.myprotein.co.uk/showthread.php?t=13479 how much do you guys take cheers for your time rob.
