I've tried the one from Extreme and nos ether, both kre-alk products and have to say it's the only creatine I notice doing anything. Don't know too much on the science side on this one, just what works.

I've been taken extremes kr-evolution which i am finding works well for me. I have taken mono products but have seen little differnce. I dont think it is a case of which one is better but more of a case of which one works best for your body.

I found it very useful because i am a diabetic and I didnt need to guzzle it down with fruit juice or anything like that plus no cycling Found it put a decent bit of size on me.

Yet to see anything that makes me think it Kre would be better than mono.

I think some of the issues with Mono is people take far too high dose!

I agree. I still think mono is the best creatine and have seen no studies to show otherwise yet. In fact, more the opposite.

kre alkalyn by a mile and cost wise doesn't work out that expensive cause you don't need as much as mono or cee

Kre did nothing for me neither does mono. Just started using CNP cee e2 and if that does nowt i'm giving up on creatine.
