hey people, my first batch of this come last week and i started to take it today and uuurrrrrg i mixed it in with my shake and was nearly sick.

but there is hope i thought i would post this up to explain how i have overcome the taste.

1- take the ammount of creating needed and place in a glass
2- add a squeeze of fresh lemon
3- fill with water just enough to be able to down in one
4- cut a slice of lemon to chew after

and then neck the mix and straight after chew the slice of cut lemon

its nice if you like lemon as its sharpe enough to cover the CEE

anyone else got techniques???

thought it would be good to maybee get a list together see what works best

Pink Grapefruit Hi Juice from ASDA or Tesco, 2.5g of CEE in a glass is very drinkable.

Just put some fruit juice in a shot glass, add the CEE and down it.
Job done.

any one tried HMB form MP??? FCUK ME!!!! thats **** is horrible! I just hold my nose, down it then drink a glass of juice.

You can get some Berry Flavouring from MP to disguise it if you must take CEE...

I use MyProtein CEE Capsules - down them with water and dont notice the taste at all.

I was taking CEE and used to just put up with the taste in my shake. Yeah, Im sick like that. right now Im using Creapure though and adding that to the shake. Taste is fine. Im just not sure about its absorbtion etc when in a shake.
