| too much creatine, effects? a friend of mine was talking to a lad at they gym and asked him how he as made gains so fast and he says hes just working hard fair play ( he is in the navy so no aas and not big enough either) wen they were talking he later found out the lad was taking double the recomended amount of creatine . my friend says to me , no wonder he is getting big taking double ammount will be doing that.
is there any advantage to taking double ammount or would it just be wasted in the body ? |

If you're really gonna stack up try using CEE - take less, get more out of it

| Re: too much creatine, effects? ^^ agreed to all above..
overdosing creatine will just mean you get rid of it because your body doesn't absorb the excess and your just sh*tting your money out of your ar$e..
and being in the navy doesnt mean he isn't using AAS.

Have fun with that mate, CEE tastes very nasty indeed, :(
The density of powders varies, so it is hard to say how much a tea spoon of CEE weighs, but one pre and one post will be enough.

| Re: too much creatine, effects? from what ive picked up over the last week or so (trying too learn about creatine myself) most people say both work mate but cee mixes better and is absorbed (excuse spelling) into the body much easier and faster ....
