Body fortress mono caps

I recently brought a few tubs of these cuz they was on spcial offer for £10

http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/vf/labels/000909HB.pdf

Just curious as it says take 3 prior to training and 3 after. As they are only 700mg each this doesnt seem like a lot? reading through the forums people seem to be taking 5g-10g of creatine a day?

Should I up how many I take? also when it says take prior to training how long before a work out do you think I need take it?for it to get into my system? up till now I have just been gulping 3 down with water a couple of mins before I start to work out but I would think I maybe need to take them earlier?

Regards.

Re: Body fortress mono caps

creatine won`t give you any sudden boost in the gym, in fact researches suggest they can affect training adversely if taken right before that. take them PWO imo

Re: Body fortress mono caps

Why not just use mono powder. 8 weeks on 4 weeks off.

Re: Body fortress mono caps

because I brought such a large amount as it was going cheap, so I guessing with caps the break neeeded would be the same 8 weeks on 4 weeks off?
