Body Fortress...

Hey Guys,

I had a tub of Body Fortress Creatine Mono passed onto me, and I believe it's some brand purchased from Holland and Barret?

As I'm bulking, would it be a good idea to start including Creatine into my diet? If so, should I just use this one, or should I purchase another?

Cheers.
