Red face All in 1 wonder formula or specific creatine?

Ive notice companies have different ideas all together when it comes to this.

Some seperate there creatine away from protien and have it as quiet a dedicated formula like Creatamax Extreme from Maximusle and Cellmas from BSN..

But then there are all in 1 forumlas like Cyclone which contain a bit of everything.

Do people think its best to stack up and take the specific forumlas and spread out intakes of different chemicals threw the day? Or use all in 1 products?

Creatmax extreme and a protien shake for example? Or Cyclone for a bit of everything?

well maximuscle is a bad example as their products are crap and have been the subject of many investigations into false advertising by the supplement FDA guys....

but to answer the question is i very much doubt it will make any difference as long as you trust the company to put in the amounts that they say they do..

Whey protein and Carbs together are a good combination to shuttle creatine.

Everything separate, other wise if you want another protein shake later in the day, you are wasting creatine etc.
