Sorry we have to respond to many forums daily so if the post short and sweet we're sorry. If a "newbie" had read the above they may have assumed we only sold unflavoured CEE. We agree CEE on its own is bad tasting.. eek!

How much CEE should I take? What is the best way to measure it - how much would be in a teaspoon?
