Started CEE yesterday.

Hey guys

Bought some CEE off myprotein this week, and it came yesterday so i thought i'd start it. Ive tried mono b4 but didnt take it proper, so never saw any results. Ive now got my diet in check, so CEE should be a good helping hand. I read all the threads about it tasting like ****, but after drinking myprotein's unflavoured whey, im basically used to tasting **** haha. I thought every1 was just being pussys, and that it wouldnt be that bad. Well i tried my first 3g yesterday in vimto (had no orange lol) and boy does it taste VILE! the bitterness you taste is revolting, so today i added it to about 40ml of orange juice and just shot it haha, with a few pints of water after :P Hope this stuff helps me!

Ya, tastes like you got it from container with skulls and bones. After 3 months on 6-8g with water every morning taste got so revolting I needed a break, or risk puking.

Try the flavouring from Mp specifically for CEE, is in berry flavour suppost to be quite good.

ASDA Hi Juice Pink Grapefruit Squash gets rid of the taste, you may also try adding a pinch of salt to it, I've not tried it with CEE but it takes away the bitter taste of BCAA's so I think it would help, in cooking salt makes bitter things taste sweeter, you do not taste the salt at all.

you wanna try drinking it with just water mate.... :puke:

personally CEE didn't really give me the strength increase i thought it would compared to just Mono.... infact i felt mono was better... i found taking mono twice on training days and once on rest days for 4 weeks on weeks off really worked a treat!! but everyone is different and reacts to supps in different ways!

If you didn't take mono properly then how will you know if CEE is gonna be any different?
