i decided to get some creatine i went for the one above

i paid £25 for that and also got 2 big 100 bars threw into the bargin

has anyone tried this and isit any good? or have i wasted money?

i will of course try it and see what happens

Next time just get yourself some creatine mono or cee from one of the bulk suppliers.

It will save you money and do an equally good job.

to be honest thats not a bad deal mate Creatine CEE+AKG 40 days supply...that retails at £34.99 so you've not done bad...let us know how you get on mate

i usualy buy from bulkpowders or mp but i was in a shop and ive fancied trying creatine for a while now so thought why not
