Creatine BBE - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Hi this might sound stupid but can creatine mono go out of date e.g bad?

Reason why a few months ago maybe even last year some time i brought some creatine caps but misplaced them until the other day when i was moving house and then i found them again but the BBE date was up and i was wondering should i keep and use or should i throw away???

The fact that it does have a BBE date suggests it does.

Yh but everything that is sold has to have a BBE on even water due to laws and legislations and things like that so i don't know if it does or if it just is on there cus it has to be if you know what i mean!

creatine does go off, if its after the BBE date then they're no good.
