![]() | Re: Many forms of creatine CEE is CEE. There are only a couple of factories who make it worldwide so if you want to pay for the middleman (i.e. a shop) then buy a retail version otherwise buy exactly the same stuff direct. Creatine Mono is different as their are quite a few factories who make it worldwide. Some isn't as good, but these days its very nearly as good as Creapure. We test our CM and it comes in at 99.9% pure. We also stock Creapure (which is identical to Creapure sold by Reflex for example) which we buy direct from Degussa in Germany and it purity is 99.99% so only 0.01% difference. We have got samples of some CM a few years ago and it was poor, but now we use only selected high quality factories which we have actually visited ourselves before becoming one of our preferred suppliers. Thanks

![]() ![]() | Re: Many forms of creatine I switched from CEE to Kre alkalyn just over a week ago and i must say i've had really good weeks training. There is a noticiable increase in the weights i've been using, it might just be coincidental so i will carry on with my log.

![]() | Re: Many forms of creatine Creatine monohydrate is ok but there are better compounds out there. I'd recommend tri malate creatine or esterfied creatine. Their all the same "creatine" but are basically made more water soluble by adding either malic acid or an ester. Regular creatine mono doesnt absorb as well in the body and you need to take large amounts. Adding malic acid or an ester will help make it far more water soluble thus decreasing the dosage required eliminating bloating, cramping and other unwanted effects. |

![]() | Re: Many forms of creatine IMO i personally stick with Creatine Mono 'powder' instead of the caps as a) its much much cheaper and B) so handy to just throw into a shake. There is a lot of variations of creatine these days but have only ever used mono so i cant really comment on that mate. dwaine www.first4muscle.com |
