| Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better Im sure this will have been touched upon before on the forum, i posted a thread last week about CEE and what to take it with (hot water) and also just been reading Liams thread about monohydrate when is best to take it etc.
Jist is that in my thread people (miller25 for example) obviously doesnt rate CEE, compared with in Liams thread CEE seems to be what people use.
Recently me and a few of my mates have been talking about supps in general (and basically BB in general) - we have agreed that basically there are just so many contradicting pieces of evidence around which completely discredit each other.
Its kind of frustrating to read one post backed up by extensive testing results etc to say that CEE is 'better' than mono and then another day the exact reverse...
Theres always two sides to any argument but just wondered really if generally in terms of supps/training/fat loss/recommendations everyone else is constantly trying to see through the bull sh*t and still strugling to work out how valid something is.
Rant over i'm just wondering wether i should be ditching my bulk powder CEE and invest in mono instead.
Conserned slightly with health issues (again that i have read about) i have never really taken my CEE for a considerably long time, therefore i cant really look at it and say 'it has been working for me, therefore ill keep on using it' as i've never really consistantly used it.
Anyones thoughts on this would be appreciated. |

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better Mon works for me, and CEE works even better. I like it in tablet form and i dont worry so much about caffine intake when on CEE (not sure why, i must have read something at some point)
Its horses for courses, read up, research and see what people in general seem to like, then try for yoruself. If it works then great.
I know some people use CEE all year round but ilike to come off of everything every now and then for a while.
You will always find a study that contradicts another study, confusing? YUP! |

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better CEE is definitely a better choice - I never felt mono has worked for me. with the CEE I take it for 8 weeks and then take a month off from it - never taken it for longer than that in a go. |

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better well i always thought from all the good words people put on the forums etc that CEE was the best. but then i've read else where about Creatinine production and other things which basically try to say that MONO is better and not as bad for you.
Also studies to do with the length of time that it is still detectable in your system basically that it isnt around as long as mono is. Cant remember the details and i'm at work so dont have the same favourites as my other comp so cant find what i was looking at originally.. |

Ive found that cee and mono both work for me...but tbh honest it varies from brand to brand..personaly i found BSN Cellmass (cee) did not affect me, but that the MP stuff does the trick...and the reflex creapure mono worked a charm whilst the Nutrisport stuff was lame. So all to their own...as with all bb sups i guess. Just got to find what works best for you...trial and error. |

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better CEE is far better IMO. But i only ever take it with a pre workout type drink. I currently use CN Pro-GF which has a wide mix of stuff in it, but it works a treat.
In short I think CEE is better but even better still when stacked.

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better Dont forget that all of your results are dose dependant on CEE or Mono.
I have used Body Fortress mono and thought it was complete sh1te, I have also used other makes and thought they were ok.
I now have some CEE from myprotein, which im gonna start taking when I finish my dbol cycle. I hope its as good as everyone says.

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better Personally I prefer mono. I've never seen much science to back cee/krealkalyn. In fact, now studies are being done if anything they are unsupportive of the claims made about cee/ka: http://www.ast-ss.com/blog/default.asp?bm=7&by=2007 http://www.npicenter.com/anm/templat...8806&zoneid=28
