just got some CEE from myprotein.co.uk- im still in shock over the price of the stuff!! £13 for well over 100 days!!

you get a lot of guys here who complain about stuff, and i never do...however, mono always leaves me bloated!

I use EAS Phosphagen elite, 5g of mono per serving, working well so far!

To be honest I loved the MONO I think because I did not mind the taste I was doing it daily morning, pre wo and pwo. Got the CEE and it nearly makes me throw up every time so to be honest I not really noticed any thing because I have not really been taking it. I ordered some CEE caps from MyProtein so when they come through will be able to vote and give a honest opinion.

Just loaded with Sci Mentor Creatine Delivery System , basically its creapure with dextrose and alpha lipoic acid.
Tastes nice as Orange and easy to swallow.

Have taken alot of creatine over my 20 yrs training (In the Air Force we swore by it) though always stuck to mono.
One thing I will say is you do have to combine with a good diet...its not a magic potion!
Does work though.

I must admit, i never really noticed the effects of mono but when I tried Muscle-tech CEEpro a couple of years back, I felt very good effects. I have recently began training again and am using cell-mass by bsn, which I find less effective. Try it and see - no 2 bodies react the same.

As this seems to have good reviews thought i might as well try it.
