But im sure you already know that. |

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better I can believe those studies. When I was using Muscle-tech CEE my sides started hurting after about week 4, so I went to my doctors and said I had kidney pains and got some blood test done. When I went back to he told me I had a high level of toxins(creatinine) in my liver enzmes and to stop using the CEE. Once I stop using them i was fine, no pain and my levels went back to normal within two weeks. I am going to do the same with the Kre-alkalyn and see how it goes. I have some mono from myprotein and have never had a problem with it but dry lips, which is probably due to not drinking enough fluid. |

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better Only way to find out is to use them all, which I have tried the lot. They all work
1. Kre-alkalyn
2. Mono(plus dextrose)
3. CEE
They all work, but I suppose some brands are better than others. |

Good choice. Cell-mass does substantially more for you than no-x or nitrix IMO.
I have used creatine since back in the baby days of cell-tech, and I find that if i take enough dextrose with the mono after a work out, it pumps me up just fine.
With that being said, I opt for CEE as its much more versatile and I feel I absorb it much better than mono. Plus I dont need to spike my insulin for sufficient tranport. 3 grams of CEE a day serves me well, and no GI distress, whereas with mono, I feel its more touch and go, day to day, as sometimes it would have me on the toilet making mud pies.

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better i find CEE to be that bit better than mono for me, although i made ok strength gains on mono it never really was that gud for me so i switched to CEE to see if it was any gud and it was gave me a ton more energy and alot more strength than mono did

| Re: Creatine: CEE vs MONO which is better I've used creatine on and off for about 12 years.
First used it at University, ended up writing a research paper on it and proving scientifically that it works. That was all mono in those days and really before it went big. (Think £25 for 100g!!!!)
I'm still in touch occasionally with Paul Greenhaff at Nottingham Uni still, this guy is pretty much the world leader in Creatine research, as you'll see if you do any journal searches on the stuff. Just out of interest and fair play to the guy, he replies to me emails!!!
Now I use CEE from CNP, I respond best to it, hold very little water and don't get any digestive discomfort.
But its something I treat with care, I've had the raised creatinine levels (not so much a liver measure, its a kidney indicator but shows in Liver Function Tests), but cycling it and drinking plenty of water definitely helps and gets better results.
Creatine combined with glutamine is comparable to some short weak courses IMO. With less water retention and less likelihood to lose the whole lot at the end of it.
Definitely interested in people's expereinces of CEE vs Mono.
